Our award winning Migration team is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join them on a full-time or part-time basis. The team works with clients nationally and this role is available to be filled in any of our national offices. We are one of the few national commercial law firms that offers specialist migration services. Led by an Accredited Specialist, you’ll work across the full spectrum of migration law, supporting businesses of all sizes and individuals and contributing to our strong advisory, litigation and review practice.

Responsibilities

• Advising and representing clients on migration matters including visa applications, appeals and compliance matters.
• Preparing high-quality submissions, applications and client correspondence.
• Assisting with Tribunal reviews and litigation where required.
