Role Overview

The Associate Partner will lead a high-performing team of 7-9 lawyers and play a pivotal role in driving the firm's Corporate, M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Investment practice. The role combines client leadership, transaction execution, mentoring, and business development, with a clear pathway to equity partnership based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Practice & Transaction Leadership

• Lead and manage complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including:
• M&A (public and private)
• Private equity and venture capital investments
• Strategic investments, exits, and restructurings
