Associate Pastor – Discipleship (with potential Worship Leadership)

Full time (40 hrs/week)

SUMMARY

We are seeking an Associate Pastor whose primary calling and gifting is in Discipleship. This role may be expressed in one of two configurations:

• Discipleship (up to 100%)
• A combined role of Discipleship (approximately 50%) and Worship Leadership (approximately 50%)

The successful candidate will have a deep passion for forming disciples of Jesus, developing leaders, and cultivating a culture of spiritual maturity within the church. Where applicable, the role may also include responsibility for worship leadership, depending on experience, gifting, and sense of calling.
