Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Associate Pediatric Dentist. The primary responsibilities include providing high-quality dental care to pediatric patients and collaborating with the team to develop and execute treatment plans. Daily tasks involve performing routine dental procedures, managing oral health issues, and educating patients and parents about dental best practices. The dentist will also collaborate with the broader Aspen Dental team to uphold the clinic’s commitment to patient-focused care and excellence.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Dentistry, with particular expertise in Pediatric Dentistry.
- Proficiency in Oral Endodontics and Dental Care, with the ability to perform common dental procedures confidently and professionally.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with children and educate parents about pediatric dental care.
- Professional qualifications: Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Dental Surgery (BDS/MDS); additional certification or specialization in Pediatric Dentistry is highly desirable.
- Strong adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards.
- Proven track record of providing compassionate and quality dental care, particularly to pediatric patients.
