Must have good knowledge for HRO Domain

Manage Data Entry for various transactions on different ERP's.

Audit Self work

Maintain the required SLAs in terms of TAT and Accuracy

Handle Basic queries and able to respond to mails regarding Payroll Inputs

Basic hygiene of following the Goals and achieving the same

Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and individuals

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Demonstrate Customer Orientation

Ability to answer inquiries on own initiative by effective use of relevant written data and information

Supports peers by reviewing work to ensure zero errors in work.

Engages in professional development to continuously grow in profession and remain current.

Strong interpersonal people management skills & client management skill.

Responds to all requests and communications in a timely and thorough manner.
