• Oversee and implement physical security programs based on physical security standard, policies and procedures and services within the assigned site/s
• Ensure overall compliance to security requirements may it be regulatory, corporate, client-specific and industry standard
• All agency-related issues that affects personnel overall performance are addressed immediately
• All personnel licenses and clearances are up to date and no one are allowed to duty having an expired document
• Conduct audits and trainings to ERO, SO and Security Shift In Charge and conduct investigation related to personnel within Real Estate Team
