Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Should have good communication skill.

• Strong knowledge of WFM Concepts and Data Analytics

• Transform raw data into the metrics and dimensions needed to create easy-to-understand reports and dashboards. - 

• Should be responsible for creating a data structure to collect and organize numerous inputs at scale and ensure the data integrity of the inputs. 

Excellent data analysis skills using EXCEL, Google Spreadsheet etc (Automation skills using SQL, VBA, HTML, CSS , PLX, App Scripts will be an addon)

 
Key skills and knowledge:
 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 

• Ability to work in a team and take the initiative to solve problems. 

• Strong / hands on experience with Excel required. 

• Well versed with WFM terminologies or experience

• Flexible to work in 24X7 environment (night shifts and weekends basis scope) 

• Ability to drive initiatives to closure   

• Ability to deal with all levels of employees and to provide leadership, direction and motivation to build high performing teams 

• Analytical Skills / Quantitative skills with excellent data handling / data interpretation skills

Educational qualification – Graduation
