Associate, Planning & Scheduling

• With at least 1-3 years of experience as an Associate, Planning & Scheduling
• Amenable to work onsite in Mandaluyong City, Philippines

Role And Key Responsibilities

• Should have good communication skill.
• Strong knowledge of WFM Concepts and Data Analytics
• Transform raw data into the metrics and dimensions needed to create easy-to-understand reports and dashboards.
• Should be responsible for creating a data structure to collect and organize numerous inputs at scale and ensure the data integrity of the inputs.

Excellent data analysis skills using EXCEL, Google Spreadsheet etc. (Automation skills using SQL, VBA, HTML, CSS , PLX, App Scripts will be an addon)
