Job Description Summary
Accountable to drive performance BD Curitiba Plant that manufactures needles, syringes, vacutainer tubes and other medical devices. Provides leadership for customer satisfaction, continuous manufacturing improvement, new product launches and the development of employees through training, education and involvement. Supports the Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain in the development of manufacturing plans and strategies of the ISC - MDS manufacturing operation end to end and ensures its successful deployment. The incumbent is accountable to directly oversee Curitiba site and oversee several aspects of the Integrated Supply Chain (Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost) and create a competitive advantage for the business by providing significant value to our end customers through cost effective, predictable and reliable manufacturing solutions. Participates and supports various Platform and Core teams to achieve manufacturing and business objectives.
