Major Accountabilities

• Supporting the delivery of training and development based on a complete curriculum focused on 3 key areas to new incumbents (Wealth Associates) into the Scotia Jarislowsky Fraser (SJF) business line nationally.
• Support facilitation of virtual conference calls and synchronous training as required to new and existing Wealth Associates.
• Assist with program reporting, assessments and up-to-date, efficient record keeping.
• Proactively and on an ongoing basis identify opportunities for enhancements and continuous improvements.
• Investment/Portfolio management.
• Client/Stakeholder Relationship management.
• Complete investment portfolio reviews/analytics and proposals, as needed.
