Salesforce Business Analysis with Salesforce Functional knowledge and experience: 

  • Gather and interpret requirements from the business
  • Analyze existing business processes, recommend optimization, and process area improvements.
  • Understanding the business requirements, and through a structured process, modeling, validating, and translating it into business requirement specifications that are used by developers to craft a technical solution.
  • Participate in the solution design process
  • Prepare the business requirement document, functional design document, user stories, etc.
  • Qualifications

    Must have Skills: Requirements Elicitation, Requirements Analysis, Requirements documentation, Salesforce Funational Consultant, Salesforce Sales cloud
