THE ROLE

Data Manager is responsible
for data analytics and data infrastructure. Incumbent maintains metadata and
data and ensure its consistency across the various systems (ERP, BI,
Salesforce, , is in-charge of data integrations between the various
systems, but mainly with the data warehouse. Also structures DWH to serve BI
reporting and analytics purposes.

  • Collaborate with the business user group to understand the data structure.
  • Evaluate and enhance various processes that can be integrated into the systems and improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness on the development projects
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in coordination with all the departments, staying abreast of industry best practices and implementing relevant changes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including BI, S&P, Ebiz, Hyperion and other relevant departments, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Build and maintain documentation related to data
    processing, access, and consumption

  • SKILLS
  • University master’s degree holder in finance / Systems, having minimum 6+ years of work experience. Out of this, minimum of 3 years expertise in data analytics and data management.
  • Finance process/knowledge background must with good working knowledge of ERP systems (. Oracle/SAP).
  • Strong understanding of Datawarehouse, data integration and System interface
  • Strong understanding of metadata structure.
  • Strong capability in business processes comprehension with attention to every single detail with English fluency and presentation skills
  • Proficient
    working with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
