The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. The candidate must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, the candidate must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.

Responsibilities / Job Description

  • Be able to identify and shape training opportunities in collaboration with the operations team 

  • assessing employee skill levels, identifying training needs, making sure training goals align with corporate objectives, and creating training program/ modules

  • Have the mindset and ability to move between training opportunity identification, creating training strategy and delivery challenges given the situation

  • Help in Business Development efforts, Identify and generate product and people improvement ideas

  • Update the training tool and other required tools with the requisite information to enable smooth functioning and onboarding. Accurate maintenance of data with zero error and publishing timely reports

  • Conduct trainings on behavioral and soft skills

  • Should be able to express any topic in a comprehensive manner

  • Presence of mind (the ability to remain calm and act constructively during times of crisis / issues / chaos etc.) and Fast learner able to grasp faster any topic on soft skills / behavioral areas. 

  • Ability to deliver training through classroom, audio call, VC etc. effectively keeping in mind the constraints of each mode & follow-up on the understanding of the audience.

  • Preferred Skills:

  • Expert in handling large data, cleansing & preparation

  • Very high attention to detail and quality

  • Total work experience of 3 to 5 years post qualification preferably in retail research and consulting

  • Very good awareness of retail industry solutions and services

  • Close attention to detail and ability to deliver output of a very high standard

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to deliver quality under pressure

  • Hands on experience on MS Office suite products especially power point presentation skills

  • Candidate with keen interest in conducting training, presenting and constantly thrive to work on development of others.

  • Should be able to identify the opportunities for improvement basis refresher training and coaching plan
