Job Description

Responsibilities:



Assist in analyzing existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.

Support the design, documentation, and implementation of new or improved processes and workflows.

Monitor process performance through KPIs and metrics, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, IT, quality, finance) to support process initiatives and project execution.

Ensure process changes are well-documented, communicated, and implemented with minimal disruption



Required Skills:



3–5 years of hands-on experience as a systems/server engineer or administrator.

Strong expertise in Windows server operating systems.

Proficient with Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, and server roles.

Working experience MS Intune and 365
