The successful candidate will be part of the Inflight Entertainment Department within our Customer Experience Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To monitor in-flight entertainment (IFE) condition and performance, and headsets operations with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Cabin Crew, Lounge Development and Inflight Operations) and external suppliers.
  • To support user testing in the development of (IFE) applications and enhancements.
  • Liaison with Technical Services team in the monitoring of IFE condition and performance, and investigation of lapses. Liaise with Customer Affairs for reply to customer feedback.
  • Charting, reporting and analysis of IFE condition Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) performance.
  • To support the logistics and operations of headsets and related items and perform regular checks/audits on appointed headset maintenance vendors.
