Role Overview-

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic product team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in product management and a demonstrated ability to support product development initiatives from concept through launch . This role will work closely with the Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution, ensuring our SaaS products effectively address customer needs and contribute to overall business success.

Experience or exposure to Contract Analysis or Contract Management Systems is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities-

• Support market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and new product opportunities within the contract analysis space
• Translate user, business, and stakeholder requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Assist in defining end-to-end workflows and documenting detailed product features and specifications
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure alignment and clarity across all phases of development
• Contribute to product roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release readiness to ensure timely delivery
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to recommend data-driven product improvements
• Participate in internal product reviews, defect triage, and stakeholder presentations
• Stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in the contract analysis and SaaS ecosystem

Qualifications-

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering , or a related field
• 3–4 years of experience in a Product Management or related role
• Hands-on experience working in an Agile development environment
• Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA or equivalent
• Exposure to Contract Analysis, Contract Management Systems, SaaS platforms, or AI-driven products is a strong plus
