Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the company products and compare them against industry trends to drive benchmarking
  • Develop an understanding of company products to meet the company's current and future needs.
  • Provide assistance with product sales and marketing presentations.
  • Develop and oversee small-medium features and PRDs.
  • Define and analyse metrics to continually improve company products.
  • Play a part in Product operations, handling client support calls, and understand the tech running the show.
