Job Description
We are looking for a competent Associate Product Manager to help shape, build, and scale modern technology products, including Generative AI–powered solutions.
In this role, you will own product initiatives end to end—working closely with engineering, data/AI, design, and business teams to turn real customer problems into impactful, scalable products. If you enjoy translating complexity into clarity, are curious about AI-driven products, and thrive in cross-functional environments, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Product Discovery & Conceptualization
- Identify customer pain points and translate them into high-impact product opportunities, including Gen AI-driven improvements in user experience, automation, and decision-making.
End-to-End Product Ownership
- Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, partnering closely with engineering and AI teams to deliver scalable, well-defined solutions.
Agile Execution & Delivery
- Drive agile execution by prioritizing backlogs, defining clear user stories (including Gen AI use cases), and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
- Act as the voice of the product by aligning stakeholders, incorporating customer feedback, and clearly communicating product direction and trade-offs.
Product Performance & Optimization
- Define and track post-launch KPIs, using data and experimentation to continuously improve product and Gen AI feature performance.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Contribute to a strong product culture by mentoring teammates, championing a user-first mindset, and collaborating effectively across global teams.
What We’re Looking For
Background & Track Record
- 6+ years of experience in product management, tech solution building, or B2 B client implementations
- Experience building products for workflow automation is a plus (not mandatory)
- Proven track record of delivering and scaling technology products with measurable impact
Core Skills
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical or AI concepts to diverse audiences
- Comfortable influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
AI Product Understanding
- Strong conceptual understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered workflows
- Ability to translate AI capabilities into meaningful product features
- (hands-on implementation experience is a plus, not required)
