This role sits at the heart of building and scaling AI-powered product capabilities. You will own the complete lifecycle of new features for AI agents—from deeply understanding customer needs to shipping solutions and measuring their real-world impact on usage and revenue. This is a hands-on, outcome-driven product role where you actively engage with customers, explore competitive landscapes, design conversational experiences, and work closely with engineering teams. Rather than focusing on documentation alone, you will be directly accountable for whether what you build actually works and delivers value.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with D2C brand founders and operators to understand their needs from AI assistants
  • Research competitive products, market standards, and traditional workflows to inform feature design
  • Design intuitive conversational flows and user experiences for AI-driven interactions
  • Write clear, actionable product specifications that developers can execute efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to plan sprints, implement features, and validate releases
  • Define success metrics for features and actively track post-launch performance
  • Test shipped features and iterate based on real usage and performance data
  • Leverage LLMs extensively while applying human judgment to validate quality, relevance, and reliability of outputs

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in any domain, with a strong product or problem-solving mindset
  • Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience building AI agents in real production environments
  • Strong understanding of how LLM-based systems work, including their limitations and failure modes
  • Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs critically and identify what truly meets user needs
  • Clear and structured written communication skills, especially in writing technical specs
  • Working knowledge of Python, APIs, and basic analytics to analyze data and understand system behavior
  • Comfort collaborating across product, engineering, and business teams
  • Experience with e-commerce or D2C brands is a plus
  • Familiarity with conversational UX such as chatbots or messaging-based flows is an advantage
  • Startup experience or comfort working in fast-moving environments is beneficial
