About the role

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager who loves getting their hands dirty with data, asks uncomfortable questions, and doesn’t take dashboards at face value. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, tech, and business and is ideal for someone who enjoys deep problem-solving, structured thinking, and real ownership.

You’ll work closely with engineering, analytics, business teams, and external bank partners to identify problems, validate them with data, and ship meaningful solutions.

What you’ll do

· Deep dive into data: Write complex SQL queries, build and maintain dashboards, and independently validate metrics. You should be comfortable questioning data quality, identifying gaps, and working with tech/analytics teams to fix data pipelines when needed.
