Molex is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our Datacom division, focusing on high-speed interconnect products operating at 112G and 224G silicon protocol speeds. In this role, you will lead product development and management, driving the product roadmap to ensure market-leading solutions for data center and enterprise networking technologies.

You will own product line decisions and collaborate globally with customers, partners, and internal teams—including sales, engineering, quality, and operations—to deliver innovative, high-tech components that support critical data infrastructure. This position requires strategic planning, leadership, risk management, customer engagement, and the ability to drive profitable growth aligned with Molex’s mission and goals.
