About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
2+ years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, or related roles.
2+ years of experiencewith Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
It would be great if you also had . . .
Experience in the educationand/or educationtechnology sector.
2+ years working with UX principles, technical documentation, and basic software development processes.
Ability toparticipatein technical discussions and support the team with hands-on problem-solving.
Basic understanding of APIs, data structures, and system integrations.
Exposure to mobile and web application development.
Experience engaging with customers.
What will you be doing in this role?
• Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Translating needs into clear user stories, design documents, and product requirements.
• Supporting developers during sprints and ensuring alignment with product goals.
• Conducting user and market research to inform product decisions.
• Partnering with UX designers and documentation teams to ensure user-centereddesign andaccurateproduct documentation.
About the Team
You’llbe joining a small, agile team of 3, including your manager, working closely with developers, UX designers,data scientists, and stakeholders across the business. The product is complex,andyou’llbe involved increating and refining new processes of collaboration, especially with technical teams and UX. You will be involved insprint planning and backlog groomingand will play a vital role in bridging business needs with technical execution.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Jerusalem, with standard working hours aligned to CET
