Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor role involves the manage a production line, making the correct use of human resources, materials, machinery and time for the correct execution of production plans. Compliance with shipments and continuous improvement ideas in the area.
What a typical day looks like:
- Leads a team comprising of individual professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.
