Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Associate production supervisor located in Milpitas, CA.

Reporting to the Production Manager the Associate Production Supervisor in charge of directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.

Swing Shift - 2:30-11:00pm M-F

What a typical day looks like:

  • Leads the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and responsible for the line’s success.
  • Evaluates daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiencies and quality.
  • Lead a team of individual professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.
