  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique operational processes and requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to facilitate successful implementations.
  • Coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues to management as needed.
  • Assist in process improvements and workflow optimization for client programs.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
