- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique operational processes and requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to facilitate successful implementations.
- Coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues to management as needed.
- Assist in process improvements and workflow optimization for client programs.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
