Associate Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Work in an international environment with global clients and cross-functional teams.

· Oversee all phases of project delivery, from briefing to final execution.

· Collaborate closely with internal departments involved in the production process.

· Prepare and maintain project documentation such as process maps, RACI, communication guidelines, briefing templates, and tools setup.

· Delegate tasks, brief relevant teams, and ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables.

· Run projects using project management tools such as JIRA, MS Teams, and Smartsheet.

· Track project progress using customized dashboards and reporting tools.

· Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and introduce best-in-class project practices.

· Facilitate agile ceremonies to ensure strong communication and timely issue resolution.

· Proactively manage risks and handle troubleshooting to keep projects on track.
