**Position Summary:**
The LP-MIM Associate Project Manager will lead strategic sub-projects focused on implementing **Low Pressure Metal Injection Molding (LP-MIM)** technology within the Advanced Operations organization for medical device manufacturing. This role ensures successful integration of LP-MIM processes into production environments, supporting scalability, compliance, and cost efficiency. The Associate Project Manager will work cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to deliver projects that meet stringent medical device standards and timelines.

• Leads sub-projects and may support a high complexity program. Builds productive working relationships with departments that are key partners (e.g., R&D, Marketing, Quality, GQO).
• Contribute to the development of the sub-project charter and/or develop sub-project charter and management plan. Recommend tradeoffs within project.
