Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing a full quantity surveying service to the clients of the business across a range of sectors, as well as managing a small team of surveyors. There will be a requirement to develop and win new business and assist with the overall growth of the office.
Provide professional quantity surveying duties including cost planning, preparation of tender documentation and contract documentation, on-site valuations, interim payment applications and preparation of Bills of Quantities etc.Effectively communicate with both internal and external parties ensuring all information is available for the successful implementation and completion of projects.Generate your own workload, maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing new client contacts and business opportunities.Advise, manage and guide colleagues to ensure targets are achieved.Develop relevant knowledge and skills thr...
