What will you do?

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process in LATAM
  • Implement targeted attraction strategies using job boards, social media, and other platforms.
  • Conduct preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills and compatibility.
  • Ensure a memorable candidate experience from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager and seasoned TA Partners to refine sourcing techniques.
  • Provide insights on recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Drive the hiring process efficiently, meeting our KPIs
  • What do you need?

    Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Advanced English & Spanish skills
  • Previous experience working in recruitment positions
  • Desirable:

  • Previous experience in business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or related roles is a plus
