This position sits within the HR Operations team and will partner closely with our U.S. based recruiting and hiring teams to deliver an exceptional hiring experience for candidates across open roles in the U.S at Ares. As a Recruiting Operations Associate, you will own candidate interview logistics in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and will ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

The successful candidate will possess a high level of professionalism, will be confident, energetic, and passionate.
