**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for handling all phases of consumer claims in forms of litigation, and general regulatory inquiries and escalated issues raised by customers, including service, validation of documents, indexing of information, investigation of claims, information gathering, and drafting responses;
- Act as legal liaison and partner with the CS teams to investigate, draft, and respond to consumer claims and other sensitive consumer complaints;
- While reviewing the claims, proactively utilize customer service tools and other internal resources necessary to investigate them;
