Associate Resource Manager

Superside is hiring an Associate Resource Manager to help plan, staff, and optimize creative capacity across our delivery pods. You'll work closely with Pod leadership, creatives, and project teams to ensure the right people are in the right places at the right time

What You'll Do

Partner with Pod leadership to plan creative capacity and align staffing to incoming demand.

Staff customer accounts with best-fit creative talent based on skills, availability, and priorities.

Manage day-to-day staffing changes, including onboarding, offboarding, PTO coverage, and account transitions.

Collaborate with Delivery, Creative, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve capacity constraints and resourcing risks.
