Advise clients on complex restructuring and insolvency matters.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to insolvency and restructuring cases.Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive legal strategies.Conduct in-depth legal research to support client cases.Provide guidance on risk assessment and mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service.
