Job Description
To join the sales & marketing team, learning fundamental skills across sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and team leadershipwith the intent to progress into a supervisory/management role over time. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets. Conduct market research: gather market intelligence, competitor analysis and identify potential prospects. Engage in direct client/customer interactions (face-to-face, telephonic or digital) to generate leads, present solutions, follow up and convert. Track and report on sales/marketing metrics and propose improvements based on data. Monitor tender portals and procurement channels to identify relevant bid opportunities. Conduct pre-qualification assessments Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, solution architects, finance, legal) to support marketing & sales objectives. Adhere to company policies, brand guidelines and ensure excellent customer service and representation of the brand. RFP Analysis & Interpretation: Read, understand, and interpret RFPs, RFQs (Request for Quotation), EOIs (Expression of Interest), and other tender documents. Document Management: Assist in preparing tender documents, forms, annexures, and declarations. Maintain an organized database/library of tender documents, submissions, and reusable content. Clarifications & Communication: Track and manage all tender updates, clarifications, and addendums, communicating them promptly to internal teams. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Perform initial quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents and adherence to client requirements. Requirements Mandatory bachelors degree in science (Pref. EEE / E&C) Masters degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, Sales or related field (or equivalent) is an added advantage Fresh graduates or early-career professionals (0-2 years experience) are welcome; experience in sales/marketing is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical mindset: ability to interpret data, market trends, and suggest actionable insights. Goal-oriented, driven, resilient and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willingness to travel (if required), work field/face-to-face, and engage with customers and partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office / data tools; digital marketing an advantage.

Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans, including defining the scope, objectives, timeline, budget, and resource allocation for the AMISP project. Establish project goals, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring they align with both business and client objectives. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that activities stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Identify potential project risks and issues and develop strategies to mitigate their impact on the project’s timeline and deliverables. Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide status updates, report on risks or issues, and suggest corrective actions when necessary. Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring optimal use of assets to achieve project success. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders to promote collaboration and ensure alignment with project goals. Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring that expenses are monitored and controlled within the approved limits. Track and control any changes to the project scope, ensuring they are documented, reviewed, and approved through formal change control processes. Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. Proactively address conflicts or challenges within the project team or with external stakeholders to keep the project on track. Manage project documentation, ensuring that records of project decisions, changes, and milestones are organized and accessible. Facilitate regular project meetings, including status updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution discussions with the project team and stakeholders. Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders, facilitating clear and transparent information flow at all project stages. Provide leadership and motivation to the project team, fostering an environment of focus, productivity, and enthusiasm for project goals. Track and report on key project performance metrics, including cost, time, quality, and resource utilization, to ensure continuous improvement and effective project delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Proven experience (10+ years) in project management, ideally in the AMISP or infrastructure sector. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate with various stakeholders. Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.). Ability to manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or technical projects is preferred.
