Job Description

As an Associate - Sales & Operations Development Program, you will partake in the Wesco Sales & Operations Development Program. This is a twelve-month training program designed to prepare Associates for a Sales or Sales Operations position within Wesco. You will develop strong selling skills and overall business acumen, gain product and industry knowledge, and expand your professional networks throughout Wesco.
