Looking for Junior AE / Sales Support – IT Infra / Services / Solutions (US Market)

We’re on the hunt for 2–3 years experienced sales talent who can support IT services/infra solutions sales.


🎯 Ideal Profile:

  • Roles: Inside Sales Executive, Sales Development Executive, Junior AE, BDE, Sales Coordinator/Support (IT)
  • Avoid: Enterprise AE, Key Account Manager, Senior AE, Strategic BD roles


🧩 Company Background:

  • Best Fit: IT services, system integrators, mid-size consulting, cloud/infra/DevOps, engineering services
  • Avoid: Pure SaaS/product companies, license resellers, e-commerce/non-IT sales


🛠 Sales Experience:

  • Exposure to IT services/infra/project-based sales
  • Supporting SOWs, proposals, discovery calls
  • Mid to long sales cycles
  • Nice-to-have: Cloud, Infra, DevOps, Managed Services


🧠 Technical Comfort:

  • Understand technical terms & speak confidently with IT teams
  • Translate tech into business language
  • Tech academic background preferred (B.Tech/BE/MCA/BCA/Diploma)


🔍 Day-to-Day Skills:

  • Account research & identifying buyer POCs
  • Email & LinkedIn outreach
  • Basic cold calling & CRM hygiene
  • Coordination & follow-ups


🌍 US Market Exposure:

  • Comfortable with US clients & time zones
  • Experienced in inside sales / remote selling
