JOB PURPOSE

To carry out surveillance of overall security & safety operations of Bajaj Electrical Ltd for preserving an environment where people and property are safe and well-protected.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Surveillance dashboard, identify threats, analyze them, investigate the source, and report on any vulnerabilities discovered in real time or off line, while continually seeking ways to improve the organization’s security posture.
• Managing a team of Surveillance Officers to ensure that the health of GSOC is maintained 24 X 7 and also to ensure timely communication of any incident in a secure manner.
• Responsible for providing leadership and technical guidance to Surveillance Officers and inputs to management on improvements & implementing best practices for GSOC.
• Act as a central node for any emergency and to support internal team and external agency whenever required as per laid down procedures.
• Coordination with various stakeholders for implementation & setting up of new / existing projects in GSOC
• Carry out periodic review & revision of SOP and ensure all process are followed as per SOP.
• Should have sound understanding of budgetary requirements and vendors for GSOC.
• Undertake any additional tasks as per organizational requirement.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

BTech/ B.E (Electronics)

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 4+ years of experience at handling multi-locations.
• Corporate experience in field of Security & Surveillance
