**Key**
**Responsibilities:**
·Producing Models for HVAC and Plumbing services using REVIT MEP BIM byagreeingdrawingstrategy,type,sizeofdrawinganddrawingnumberingwithprojectengineer/consultant/clientandsuggestingmethodsofdrawingproductiontoensureefficientmethodsofworking.
·UsetemplatesforCAD/BIMworkanduseCAD/BIMlibraryitemstoassistdesignworkandproduceconstructiondeliverablesin2Dformatlike–
§HVAC Ducting layout.
§Piping layout, piping general arrangements, pipe routing studies, P&IDs.
§General Arrangement drawings of Equipment room.
§Plumbing drawings & riser diagrams,
§Developmentofplansandsectiondrawings.
§EquipmentSchedules,Installationdetailsdrawings.
·Responsibleforcoordinatingassignedscopeofworkwithotherdisciplinestogenerateaclashfreedesign.
·PossessgoodunderstandingofLOD100to450andknowledgeofas-builtwork
·Abletosizeduct,accessoriesandhydraulicpipingbasedoncodesandbestindustrialpractice.
·Willingtoadvanceincareerbytakingincreasedengineeringdesignresponsibilitiesbycloselyworkingwithdisciplineleadengineer.
·Acommittedteamplayerabletoworkonowninitiative.
·Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills.GoodCommunicationskills(verbal&written)andabilitytoself-checkandproduceaccuratework.

**Qualifications**

**Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI / NCTVT – Mechanical Draftsman**

**Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in Data Center/Commercial MEP design, development of General arrangement drawings, ducting layouts, piping layouts, plumbing drawings, Riser drawings, etc. using 3D or 2D design tools.**
+ ·Workingknowledgeof international codes and standard s (ASHRAE, ASME, International Plumbing Code, International Building code, etc.)used in Commercial, Warehouse, Aviation, Residential projects.
