Overview The primary responsibilities of the Associate Service Engineer are providing outstanding Customer Service by resolving customer product issues over the telephone and ensure their experience is memorable. Also, as a team member you will be of support to the team’s needs as well as participate in projects to assist in data entry for databases and process improvement of our overall daily operations.
