Overview
The primary responsibilities of the Associate Service Engineer are providing outstanding Customer Service by resolving customer product issues over the telephone and ensure their experience is memorable. Also, as a team member you will be of support to the team’s needs as well as participate in projects to assist in data entry for databases and process improvement of our overall daily operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer product issues in a courteous and professional matter both outbound and inbound calls, texting, and chat.
- Describe that the customer will be mostly Professional Irrigation installers/users and homeowners.
- Describe decoder system support, radio communications, control systems programming, 4G systems.
- Describe WI-FI support.
- Training and development to peers and new hires
- Develop reference material for supporting high end systems.
