Associate Service Specialist
Job Description
**What is the job about?**
Apply a well-developed technical knowledge base and customer understanding across functional service areas and maintain high customer focus through prompt and efficient service delivery in support of the company’s goals. close collaboration with Service /Sales team & Domestic Service Partners (DSP’s) & Service Providers (SP) across India.
**Main responsibilities:**
• Responsible for DSP & SP Management (Evaluation/Assessment of existing Service partners and Identification and addition or new Service Providers/ Domestic Service Partners across.
• Competency development of Service Network by conducting timely trainings/workshops for Service Teams of Sales partners across India.
• Building Spares opportunities - Accountable for Service revenue growth opportunities, promote service offering and revenue generation model thru Service partners
• Ensure warranty claims are dealt with in a fair and timely manner for all parties concerned ensuring that due process is followed and all necessary Administration tasks are completed to ensure traceability of jobs.
• Ensure timely and accurate input and analysis of data in FAS so that issues are monitored and resolved as quickly and effectively as possible.
• Ensure quick turn around and reliability of repair of serviced products
• Develop a continuous improvement approach to service repair and implement corrective actions thru QC/Product Manager.
• Provide back-up support for the handling of incoming calls on service and technical enquiries
• Maintain a high level of customer communication with regards to open and pending service jobs

• Maintain a high level of professionalism in the execution of the role and in all customer communications
• Any other reasonable duties as requested, commensurate with the position.
• Should be open the travel for at least 15days in month within regions and across regions
**Your Background:**
+ Should have completed Diploma/ Bachelor Engineering with 4-5years for experience in Customer Service portfolio.
+ Work in Service Portfolio & conversant with field services for handling Customer Service Complaints
+ Experience driving well-defined processes for Customer centricity in service environment.
+ Ability to participate in work with processes or projects.
+ Ability influence others and follow processes.
+ Knowledge of best practices and relevant practices, systems in the service environment.
+ Experience driving well-defined processes within the service environment.
