Associate Software Engineer

Overview

You will report to the Software Engineer Lead and be based at our Perth office in Western Australia. As an Associate Software Engineer, you will be accountable for developing skills and competencies in the design, development and maintenance of our software applications and associated scripts and services. Collaborating closely within the Software Engineering team your role is to translate user and technical requirements into scalable and efficient coded solutions.

Responsibilities

• Software Design: Creates and documents detailed designs for simple software applications or components. Applies agreed modelling techniques, standards, patterns, and tools.
• Software Engineering: Designs, codes, verifies, tests, documents, amends, and refactors simple program functionality and scripts. Applies agreed standards and tools to achieve a well-engineered result.
