1. Completed Bachelor's Degree
2. Familiarity with modern Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) and software compilers such as Netbeans, Visual Studio, Eclipse, or similar
3. Successful experience (academic or professional) developing software using C, C++ or Java
4. Due to the requirements of our research contracts with the U.S. federal government, candidates for this position must be a U.S. citizen and cannot hold dual citizenship
