A well-regarded, full-service boutique law firm located in downtown Vancouver is seeking a skilled and motivated Solicitor to join their growing team. As part of succession planning, they are looking for an entrepreneurial and motivated lawyer to take over a portfolio of legacy clients and help grow the solicitor’s practice further. This is ideal for a lawyer at the Associate level who is ready to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise on a broad range of solicitor-side legal files.

  • Provide practical and strategic legal advice to a diverse client base.

  • Collaborate with internal team members including lawyers, paralegals, and legal assistants.

  • Integrate and grow your own client base within a supportive firm environment.

  • Participate in firm development initiatives, including marketing and client relationship management.
