In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. 

Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience who can lead end-to-end development projects, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and mentor a team of developers. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications
  • Provide technical leadership to a team of 5–10 developers
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA teams to gather and clarify requirements
  • Translate business needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions
  • Perform hands-on development using Python, SQL, and related frameworks
  • Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain high quality standards
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies

    Minimum Graduation in the relevant field
