REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Experience : 5+ Years
  • Drive Process Improvement and end-to-end (E2E) process reviews within the ISS domain for Financial and Management Services
  • Analyze the structure of the business to understand operating models, workflows, and strategic objectives
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and issues in the current business and process models
  • Analysing the structure of a business to determine how it operates and determine its objectives
  • Identifying any problems with the current business model
  • Designing potential solutions to any problems identified during the research phase
  • Preparing and delivering a report of their findings to leadership with comprehensive risk and impact assessment
  • Developing comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) test cases at the application and multi-application levels
  • Overseeing the implementation of approved process improvements
  • RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Perform in-depth analyses of market trends, business needs, benchmarking, and deficiencies to provide actionable recommendations, strategies, and plans.
  • Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and propose innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to RFP responses and business opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at industry forums and events.
  • Write white papers, blogs, and support thought leadership initiatives.
  • Conduct requirement analysis, management, and development activities.
  • Work on functional specifications, use cases, story preparation, and process flow diagrams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile projects to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Qualifications

    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
