REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total Experience 5+ years
  • strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Proven expertise in data modeling, ingestion, harmonization, and identity resolution within a CDP environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with enterprise data platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or on-prem systems.
  • Solid knowledge of ETL frameworks, APIs, middleware, and MDM concepts.
  • Experience working with large-scale, high-volume data environments and complex data landscapes.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable CDP use cases supporting personalization, automation, segmentation, and analytics.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in customer-facing roles
  • RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Writing and reviewing great quality code
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), including data modeling, ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, and segment activation.
  • Design, build, and optimize scalable data ingestion pipelines using Data Streams, connectors, APIs, and integrations with enterprise systems.
  • Develop and manage Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), and Calculated Insights to support analytics and activation use cases.
  • Configure and maintain identity resolution, matching rules, and golden customer profiles across multiple data sources.
  • Create and manage segments, real-time audiences, insights, and activations for Marketing, Sales, and Service use cases.
  • Collaborate with integration and data engineering teams on ETL processes, MDM, APIs, and middleware to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CDP technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, data quality, privacy, consent management, and security best practices.
  • Enable Data Cloud–driven personalization across Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and external activation platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data ingestion issues, mapping errors, identity conflicts, and performance challenges.
  • Provide documentation, best practices, and knowledge transfer to technical and non-technical teams.
  • Qualifications

    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
