REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total Experience 4+ years
  • Strong experience in Salesforce development with Salesforce Einstein AI, including Prediction Builder and Einstein Discovery.
  • Experience implementing Flows, Einstein Bots, and AI-driven automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; exposure to Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning concepts within Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce automation tools.
  • Ability to integrate Einstein insights into Salesforce UI and business processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
