About PW MedEd:

PW MedEd seeks a motivated Associate Strategy Manager to gather student insights, drive engagement, and innovate products/content for NEET PG/FMGE aspirants. Work closely with strategy leads, faculty, and teams to map student journeys, build faculty brands, and optimize learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map student journeys (repeaters, freshers, FMGs) and propose solutions for content, in-app upgrades, and GTM strategies.
• Design product innovations, pilots, and experiments to boost retention/outcomes;
  build feedback dashboards.
• Amplify faculty presence on Instagram/YouTube;
  track metrics and coordinate collabs for viral content.
• Manage Telegram communities, launch exam-tied campaigns, and host AMAs/live events.
• Lead YouTube content planning (hooks, thumbnails);
  optimize CTR/watch time/app conversions.
• Collect/analyze feedback via surveys, calls, college visits;
  present insights to stakeholders.
• Audit student journeys and implement SOPs for content discovery/support.

Qualifications:

• BDS degree.
• Willing to engage 10-15 students weekly via calls/Google Meet.
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel preferred.
