What is the opportunity?

The Capital Markets (CM) Strategy team is responsible for articulating and advancing RBC CM’s strategy across lines of business and functions to support overall growth and performance ambitions. The team works directly with the CM CEO and Operating Committee on the business’ top strategic priorities – from problem definition and analysis, to strategy development and solution prioritization. The team also leads reporting on CM’s strategic progress to CM employees, RBC executives, and external stakeholders. The team has deep connectivity to the CM Operating Committee, their leadership teams, Finance, the COO Group, HR, and other Corporate Functions.
